Application for Individuals from Non-EU/EEA Countries and Stateless Persons

Applications for studies at the Medizinische Universität Lausitz - Carl Thiem for the first semester are coordinated via the uni-assist portal.

You can apply for the start of studies in the summer or winter semester. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the application regulations and deadlines well in advance.

The application deadlines are July 15th for the winter semester and January 15th for the summer semester.

The following documents must be included with your application (amongst others):

- All educational certificates

- Proof of German language proficiency (*see overview of recognized language certificates)

- Certified translations of all documents into German or English

- Copy of your passport

admission process

After submitting your application, uni-assist will check whether your documents are complete and formally correct. The admission process is then carried out by MUL - CT, and if your application is successful, you will receive a legally binding letter of admission by email.

The grade of your university entrance qualification is the selection criterion. To confirm your admission, the next step is the enrollment at the university. Enrollment must be completed within the deadline specified in the letter of admission.
